A sound bath is an immersive experience where you lie down, close your eyes, and allow the resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to wash over you. No movement required. No breath holds. No mantras.
Most people feel their shoulders drop within the first ten minutes. In forty minutes, your nervous system has done something it rarely gets the chance to do — genuinely rest. That is not magic. That is your parasympathetic nervous system doing exactly what it was designed to do.
Sound baths are trauma-aware, inclusive, and suitable for all bodies, all backgrounds, and all stages of life. You just need to show up.

I built this practice because I needed it first
I'm Emma - and I built this practice because I needed it first. Former geophysicist, mother of two, and someone who learned the hard way that a body under pressure will eventually find a way to be heard. Sound healing found me when I was too tired to try anything else - and it worked.

Birthing with Sound is a four-week course combining breathwork, voice work, and sound to prepare your body and mind for birth.
Drop-in prenatal and postnatal sound baths are also in the pipeline - register your interest and you'll be the first to know when sessions are confirmed.
